The Meet Ben campaign was developed to bring in new members and open checking accounts. The intended audience was non-members and was targeted to specific geographic areas around several branches. The 2015 eStatement campaign was a new take on promoting eStatement enrollments with members. The intended audience was existing members and the credit union donated $1 for each new enrollment. The donation result was $867 from the six week campaign. Tactics included branch signage, statement graphics, online banking graphics, digital screens and direct mail.
